根据NatWest的消息，预计将关闭53家分行。NatWest的一名发言人表示：“我们的客户越来越多地使用数字银行服务——超过80%的活跃个人银行账户持有者现在都在使用我们的数字服务，97%以上的零售账户是通过在线方式开设的。”

“我们还在大幅投资于更新我们的网络——我们预计将在2025年在英国的网络中投资超过2000万英镑，以改善客户服务，提升分行的外观和感觉，并减少我们建筑物对环境的影响，同时继续投资于邮局和银行中心的共享解决方案。”
