根据一张新的互动地图,伯明翰的房屋买卖价格差异显著,最便宜和最昂贵的地区现已揭晓。

在2024年,整个城市的平均房价从155,000英镑到471,000英镑不等,部分地区的房产价格在过去一年中大幅下跌。

在所有邮政编码地区中,Aston被评选为伯明翰最便宜的购房地点,B6邮政区的房产在截至8月底的12个月内平均售价为155,531英镑。

这一价格是伯明翰所有邮政区中最低的,且在过去一年中至少完成了20笔交易。

Castle Vale,距离Aston约五英里,被称为下一个最便宜的购房地点,B35邮政区的房子平均售价为155,945英镑。
